After working as secretary to the president of Tama University, she was engaged in reconstruction projects after the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake.
Joined NAMCO LTD. (now NAMCO BANDAI Entertainment Inc.).
(now NAMCO BANDAI Entertainment Inc.), where she launched industry-government-academia collaboration projects and educational projects, and managed the New Business Department for six years.
After serving as director of a special subsidiary, she joined Sega Sammy Holdings in 2020 and assumed her current position in April 2021. The keyword for promoting sustainability is "empathy".
In the area of employment and support for people with disabilities, she is president of a special-purpose subsidiary and a member of the Keidanren, a Japan Business Federation, among others, which is her life's work.

What is ad:tech tokyo for you?

Over the past two years, I feel that companies have been asked to improve the quality of their information disclosure from a sustainability perspective, especially from an ESG perspective. I feel that it is extremely important to collaborate with multiple departments in order to communicate policies and initiatives that are linked to business strategies in an attractive manner to stakeholders.
