BM-5 Does the Purpose Lead to Action?
“Purpose” is a raison d’etre of a company. While more companies formulate their own purpose, they are increasingly becoming mere shells and “purpose-washed” meaning that the purpose is not accompanied by reality. It is not easy to disseminate the "Purpose" internally and externally, and to reflect it in business activities. This session will unravel the ideas, actions, and organizational alignment that embody purpose and connect brands, customers, and employees.
