It's been more than 10 years since the term "big data" began. However, it is only in the last few years that big data has really started to accumulate in many business companies.
Due to recent business trends such as XaaS, IoT, D2C, subscriptions, owned services, marketing/sales DX, data is now being accumulated not only by IT companies but also by manufacturing companies.

Can such marketing big data be used in a “valuable way”?
In this session, what is valuable data utilization from the perspective of operating companies, data utilization support companies, and solution vendors? How can a company make better use of its data? Discuss issues such as:
