NX-3 How to Create Serendipity for Consumers
Many consumer 2are accustomed to a certain range of information, such as recommendations based on their history and posts by people with similar tastes. That is why all companies are seeking to "grasp the latent needs of consumers and sublimate them into communication.
In this session, using the example of "Random Mac" that McDonald's Japan implemented in 2022 as a measure to promote the use of mobile ordering, we can learn about providing users with new experiences and discoveries, as well as strengthening the relationship with the brand by doing so.
The presentation will also discuss the key points in implementing this measure, such as how to incorporate the Generation Z perspective into insight discovery, planning, and creative, and how to utilize existing media in new ways to create new experiences.
