WS-2 Consider platform marketing through the development of use cases for new products
In order for new products and services to take root in people's lifestyles, it is necessary to penetrate their mental models and concepts through the appeal and understanding of "convenience and ease of use" that people want to use on a daily basis.
Here, we will consider use cases that capture sei-katsu-sha insights, using a new autonomous AI robot called "Smart Furniture" as a subject. At the same time, by considering how to publicize it to the world, we will cultivate the ability to plan the launch of new products, services, and brands at our own companies from a new perspective.
