After working for AT&T and Nokia as a sales, marketing and Communication Manager for telecommunications and enterprise systems, joined Red Bull Japan in 2007. Through 10.5 years of carrier in Red Bull, contributed the category development of Energy Drink market and Brand establishment in Japanese market as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). As of 2018, becomes an independent Marketing consultant and joins as Director of the Board and Secretary General of Future Design Shibuya (FDS), an open innovation hub where individuals of diverse backgrounds come together to think about potentialities of urban development and to design innovative projects, with Shibuya City as the pivot. During 5 years of FDS role, launched several key projects such as “Virtual Shibuya” (Metaverse of Shibuya City) , “Next Generations” (Street Sports playground for youth), and Social Innovation Week (City Festival for Innovation). At the same time, she is also active in a wide range of activities as a marketing advisor as CEO of NEW KIDS Inc., Director of the Japan Dance Sports Federation, Representative Director of Metaverse Japan, Director of Marketer Career Association, and outside Director of SAKUSEN TOKYO Co. Author of "Athlete x Brand: How to Create Sports Scenes that Share Inspiration and Excitement".
