Junko Watabe is Division Manager of Quality Coordination Office leading the quality management of the Recruit services and products which she estabilished in 2023. She joined Recruit in 2004 after working as a researcher at Dai Nippon Printing and a startup. After launching a CRM initiative for the travel segment in 2010, she broadened her scope to company-wide CRM management, user ID integration, and partnerships with Ponta, by Loyalty Marketing and d POINT by NTT DOCOMO. Junko previously served as a Corporate Executive Officer of Recruit Lifestyle in 2012.
