Joined Kao sales company as a salesman, responsible for retail companies. Transferred to Kao's head office and worked in marketing of hair care brand, then became involved in e-commerce as an e-commerce sales manager. 2018 Joined the Advanced Technology Strategy Office, a project-based organization promoting company-wide DX. In 2021, he established the DX Strategy Promotion Center, and as the General Manager of the EC Business Promotion Department, he oversees e-commerce strategies, including the company's own EC. 2023: Graduated from Waseda University Graduate School (MBA with Master of Business Administration).
In April 2023, he left Kao Corporation to become the principal of an integrated junior and senior high school in Ibaraki Prefecture, where only three students were selected from among 1,645 applicants after passing a difficult 411-fold multiple selection process.
