I joined NTT DOCOMO in 2009. After launching the photo book service "d photo" as a new business, I was engaged in marketing operations for the mobile payment service "d mobile payments plus (d payment)" and the health support service "d healthcare". I gained extensive experience in research, service planning, UX design, business planning, launch, advertising, usage promotion, and CRM. I am also an instructor for DOCOMO's internal marketer development program, focusing on training the next generation of marketers. I have been on secondment to Kao Corporation since July 2022. Currently, I am working on new business development at Kao, utilizing my experience as a marketer at DOCOMO.
