Joined e'quipe, LTD. in 2020 and promoted CX improvement projects such as introduction of SUQQU's digital membership, EC renewal, staff review and LIVE commerce.
Currently, in the OMO-CXM team responsible for improving the customer experience at OMO, I am focusing on customer development, improving the EC purchase experience, and supporting in-store experiences from the digital domain.
