After working at IBM Japan Software division as a representative of global channel marketing program, Miyoko moved to the U.S. in 2020 and has worked in business development at various IT companies (startups and large software companies) in Silicon Valley.
In November 2012, she started her own company, Serend (www.serendinc.com), a global business development consulting firm. Miyoko provides IT-based opportunity creation, strategy development, and hands-on strategy implementation support to startups, SMEs, large corporations, academia, and government agencies in the US and Japan.
Miyoko also focuses on global human resource development, she has been a special supporter of the Frogs (https://www.frogs-corp.jp) program for more than 10 years, and conducts seminars for students, young professionals, and corporate new business development staff on demand.
Miyoko lives near San Francisco.
